How it works

Three steps. Direct operation.

Connect your Bitget account, define parameters and monitor through the terminal. Web is the main desk; mobile covers critical monitoring and execution actions.

01
Connect Bitget

API key encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Never in logs. Never plaintext in transit.

02
Configure the grid

Set direction, range, leverage and SL. Review the AIX technical read before applying any configuration.

03
Operate in the terminal

Live position strip, AIX decision log and manual close controls (25/50/100%).

GridAix is non-custodial software: nothing is charged from your exchange and your funds remain 100% at Bitget. Trading leveraged derivatives involves high risk and may lead to full or greater-than-full capital loss. No return is promised. Questions

Before you start.

Which exchange does it support?

Bitget Futures, USDT-M perpetuals, official hedge mode. Other exchanges are outside the current scope; the product is optimized for Bitget API v2.

Can I operate conservatively?

Yes. Neutral direction, 1x leverage and configurable SL are available. The AIX engine does not replace the trader's operational confirmation in manual flows.

What is the minimum capital?

It depends on the pair and Bitget minimum futures margin, usually $5-$15 USDT per contract. The grid setup shows notional, exposure and R:R before starting.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. A native app (React Native, Expo) to open, close, cancel and monitor positions using the same operational source of truth.

How do you handle key security?

Bitget key/secret/passphrase are encrypted with AES-256-GCM per user inside SQLite. Nothing goes to logs or API responses. Service access is TLS-only.

Does the grid freeze if the connection drops?

No. Startup recovery guard, rebalance with rollback and geometric order dedup are in place. If the service restarts, the grid reconciles with the real exchange state before taking a new action.

Ready to configure with control?

Open the terminal, connect Bitget without withdrawal permission and configure your first grid with direction, range, leverage and risk controls.
